I Like it a lot. I found it a Great reference book, very useful for outpatient and inpatient pediatrics. Good purchase

This is my second edition of this book. It's quick, and clinically oriented. On one page you have all the information you need to make a clinical decision, without any of the textbook-type mumbo-jumbo that the board exams love, but you never use in real life.

Cons: not going to help with the "zebras" or rare diagnoses, only a great tool for the "normal" stuff.
