The study guide is a good companion to the manual and is useful. It expands somewhat on the theories In the manual and the questions make one think.

The book was in excellent condition and very helpful for those who want to go into depth with the case study in the textbook and for developing ways to become a great counselor or interventionist. However, it was not the book that I needed for my class.
