NCLEX-RN Review Made Incredibly Easy! PDF

I purchased this book since it promised access to approximately 3000 online NCLEX questions with code in the book. When I got the book, I registered the code online, and found that there were no resources for the online questions promised. I utilized their online help to find that a 3rd party software program needed to be downloaded per link in the help guide. As it turns out, the actual program was not available, only updates. I asked Customer service for help with this matter and responded back with my ISBN number. that was 10 days ago. from today 7/21. They suspended and left my question unanswered.

I sent a complain email asking for a supervisor to contact me and they removed that email request.

I did not need another study guide only. I am running out of questions from Saunders NCLEX and Kaplan. My program requires that we try to finish 5000 questions before we sit for the board. I really did not have time for such substandard customer service. They should have provided a CD with the book to avoid such a fiasco.

The paperback version was much more user friendly than the electronic version. I originally bought the kindle edition, and was greatly disappointed. The answers are in the back of the chapter and it takes a good amount of time to scavenge the chapter for the particular answer you are looking for. The paperback version has the answers on the next page, no scavenging necessary. I highly recommend this book, just not the electronic version.
