Health Assessment in Nursing PDF

I purchased the ebook and my biggest complaint is there is NO SEARCH!!!! no clickable INDEX... the book is basically useless as far as I'm concerned... I needed it for part portability and part convenience for looking up things... Really disappointed. Have not used the e-book since.

This book was in a terrible condition. It appear as if the book fell in water and the hard cover was torn up. This book should not be sold for nearly $70.00 considering the new book cost $90.00. The condition was listed as very good.
