Community & Public Health Nursing: Promoting the Public's Health PDF
I had to buy this book for my community nursing class. Please know, this book has LOTS of fluff. I guess since I am used to med surg and acute books with factual, succinct information and this book goes too far into examples and extra.By Sunshyne
Pro: its a paper back (lighter weight)
Con: its a paper back (easier to rip, "auto" closes because the book is light weight).
If you HAVE to buy this book, look for a used version. It's not bookshelf worthy after purchasing so minimize it's use and resell it.
This textbook was purchased for an undergraduate community health nursing course. The chapters are well written with many examples and resources to enhance and support learning content and student learning experiences. Although community health nursing is not a topic of interest or an area of interest for many nurses, the text does an excellent job with introducing and increasing awareness of concepts, roles, and responsibilities of community health nurses. Highly recommended!By Community Nurse
