Sparks and Taylor's Nursing Diagnosis Reference Manual PDF

I have received 100% on every care plan and concept map I have ever submitted with this book's help. Look up the patient's medical diagnosis in the back of the book to find a list of pertinent nursing diagnoses OR peruse the nursing diagnoses by population (ie: Adults, Peds, OB, Psych, etc). All of the interventions and rationales are right there for you, plus measurable outcomes. I stopped buying textbooks after my first semester because they were a waste of money, but this book is worth every single penny- ten times over! You won't regret this purchase. Best of luck in your nursing career!

I have used this book over and over and I would recommend it if you are learning how to write nursing diagnoses.
