I found this book pretty complete and fairly easy to navigate. I am a retired RN and take care of my elderly mother. Even though I'm not working anymore as a nurse, I find friends who have questions about tests that have been run or medications they're on or signs and symptoms they're having, so I like to stay up to date as much as possible so I don't give them the wrong information. The book, paperback, was used but met the description by the seller. It was delivered promptly in very good condition. I was very pleased.By Baggie
