This text gives a thorough account of cell culturing as well as the protocols and concepts of maintaining cell lines in a laboratory. The text gives insights to help troubleshoot any difficulties encountered. It was worth the purchase. I recommend this textbook especially anyone who is considering starting the own lab that includes cell culture.
