Quality of Life and Pharmacoeconomics in Clinical Trials PDF

I have to be honest, I haven't read the book. I purchased this for one and only 1 reason. When I was in graduate school I wrote one of the chapters with my professor. They only gave us one copy that my prof kept. I couldn't afford the $200+ for the book (while living on ramen noodles) so I held off. Given it was my first book publication, I really wanted a copy. 15 years later, I now have my own copy.
